In our outdoor workshop, young people discover the path that is right for them.

Here, they develop their own future perspectives, based on personal abilities, interests, and talents. 

The workshop leaders have successfully accompanied strategy processes in business for many years and now make this know-how accessible to young people.

We offer various modules. 

In Module I, the young people can deal with the choice of profession and study in a relaxed atmosphere. Building on their strengths, their interests are awakened and their potentials revealed.

In Module II, the findings from the first module are deepened, individual solutions are worked out and possible directions possibilities are determined.

In Module III, specific support is offered in the search for a job or training position.

For Module II and III, participation in Module I is a prerequisite. However, it is also possible to attend Module I only.

Duration

The workshops take place both during the week and on weekends. They will be matched with the requirements, needs and availability of the participants. Ideally, an overnight stay forms part of the workshop.

 

Location

The workshops take place outdoors. The experience of nature is a central element of success. A nearby accommodation offers protection from the weather. The journey to various places takes place by public transport.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided in tipis, tents, mountain huts, lodges, youth hostels or simple country inns.

 

Participants

The workshops take place mainly in small groups of mixed age and gender. Individual discussions will also be held.

 

Costs

Each module (2 days) costs CHF 350.- per participant (including board and lodging).

For schools and education centers tailor-made offers are available, e.g. for project weeks.

Module I

In the first module, we focus on preparing a fertile ground for further career and study choices. The young people are encouraged to approach the subject with motivation and pleasure. With the help of a personality test, those abilities and interests are filtered out, which best match their own capabilities. Outstanding skills, but also stumbling blocks will be analysed together.

 
 
 

Between the first and second module, the participants can continue to work on their personal vision by means of concrete tasks practiced at the first workshop.

 
 
 

Module II

In Module II, various occupational fields will be presented. If clear tendencies and interests come forth in the first workshop, a matching with the profile of the young people is created. They will be introduced to mentors from various occupational fields from our “Young Professionals” network.

 
 
 

Between module II and III, the youths can talk to people from our “Young Professionals“ network and familiarize themselves with the current situation on the labor market.

 
 
 

Module III

In the third module, targeted support is provided in the search for a job or training position:

  • Job market analysis

  • Application strategy

  • Compilation of application dossier, including motivation letter, photo, certificates, etc.

  • Support during the application process

  • Preparation for the job interview (elevator pitch) or exams
